When you request an audit, book a demo, start monitoring or get in touch with us, as part of providing our services we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and website address, along with any details you choose to include in a message to us.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Website audits and AI visibility scans

When you submit a website address to one of our tools, we fetch and analyse the publicly available content of that page, and we query AI answer engines — including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic), Gemini (Google) and Perplexity — with prompts about that website and its market. We retain the submitted address, the audit results and the responses we receive so that we can show you your report and improve the accuracy of our scoring. Please do not submit pages that contain confidential information or the personal information of others.

Email marketing (if applicable)

With your permission, we may send you emails about AEOGrowth.ai, new features, research and other updates. You can decline marketing communication at the point we collect your details, or unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send you.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a request — to run an audit, receive a report, book a demo, set up monitoring or contact support — we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no. • AI answer engine providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity) that process the prompts and website addresses submitted for analysis.
• Analytics providers (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics) that help us understand how the site is used.
• Internal workflow tools (such as Google Sheets and Slack) where our team records and is notified about new enquiries.
• Communication providers that deliver our emails on our behalf.

These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and to use it only as directed by us.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
